Short description of the project
In the past 18 months, the Applicant has been developing software solutions called ELARION HOSPITALITY, which will primarily be used as auxiliary tools for making important business decisions by the management of large hotel companies, and which have been developed into three separate final products that the Applicant has decided will to commercialize them under a un

ique brand, but which will encompass three different uses:

1. ELARION HOSPITALITY PRO - represents a specially developed artificial intelligence algorithm that analyzes large amounts of data from the web with the aim of obtaining a structured report with categorized and processed qualitative data on guest reviews and user satisfaction;
2. ELARION HOSPITALITY SURVEY - contains a specially created and digitized guest survey procedure before visiting the hotel and after the end of the stay, which provides key information about user satisfaction, which is data that is not publicly available on the web, but is of a confidential nature and that guests leave internally to the management of the hotel
3. ELARION HOSPITALITY PRICING SYSTEM - a developed system for monitoring prices and predicting their movements, taking into account a number of relevant factors that influence the creation of the selling price of an accommodation unit, such as historical movements of own and competitors' prices, current prices of competitors, events at the destination such as concerts , sports duels, etc., weather forecast, working and non-working days, etc.) whereby the machine learning model proposes a recommended price to decision makers, without questioning competitiveness on the market.
   
   All the mentioned software will be able to be commercialized separately, but also as an integral bound unique product.

Objectives and expected results of the project
The goal of the project is to prepare the Applicant for the commercialization of two advanced support systems for the management of large hotel groups using the AI algorithm "ELARION HOSPITALITY" developed in-house, whereby the implementation of the project will enable the preparation, establishment and implementation of new processes in the company's organizational chart, namely:

• The process of customer support for future customers of the solution with the training of employees and the establishment of processes,
• The process of further improvement of the UI algorithm and innovative solutions and at the same time innovate organizational methods by which programmers become focused on the development, improvement and maintenance of their own innovative solutions.

The total value of the project and the amount co-financed by the EU (in HRK)

• The total value of the project is HRK 4,746,330.53
• The total value of the project (eligible costs) amounts to HRK 2,392,504.36
• The EU's share in financing the project amounts to HRK 1,278,414.47

Project summary and objectives: The project “Development of CSTI platform for retrieval and analysis of structured and unstructured data” will be implemented in cooperation with the Faculty of Organization and Informatics, University of Zagreb as a project partner. The final product that will emerge as a result of development activities is the CSTI platform for retrieving and analyzing structured and unstructured data coming from a variety of online sources. The platform will include subsystems for machine learning, development and application of predictive models, advanced geo-analytics based on geospatial data with integrated maps and cartographic analytics, and provide a detailed analysis of data connectivity through inter-relational diagrams.

Total project value: 7.539.313,50 HRK

EU project co-financing: 4.810.397,55 HRK

Short description of the project

By realizing this project ALFATEC Group d.o.o. will commercialize the products globally.

The project includes the following activities:

1. Presentation at fairs
2. Market research
3. Promotion and visibility.

Objectives and expected results of the project  

The main goal of implementing the project proposal is to present our own products to potential customers through participation in international fairs, and to focus predominantly on customers in Western and Northern Europe, where the product has the greatest potential for commercialisation.

The goals of the project are:

• Research of new potential markets
• Presentation of new products on international markets
• Increasing sales through new orders and creating a network of customers
• Insight into new trends on the market
• Solving problems in the industry through cooperation with new potential partners
• Strengthening the international recognition of the company as a producer of innovative solutions for the tourism industry
