A Thales NIS2/DORA Bootcamp was held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel on two important EU legal acts related to cyber security.
After the introductory presentation by Alfatec's IT Security Director Azur Šaćiragić, the participants were addressed by Gabor Hirsch, who explained how Thales facilitates compliance with the NIS2 Directive and the DORA Regulation.
Thales offers a broad portfolio of products and services that enable organizations to strengthen cyber security capabilities, address supply chain security, simplify reporting obligations and comply with stricter oversight and enforcement requirements for NIS2, DORA, and other regulations.
Then another Thales expert, Jaroslaw Ulczok, spoke about payShield in the context of new Fintech trends. payShield is a hardware security module that delivers a range of payment security functions and has already been proven in critical environments including transaction processing, sensitive data protection, issuing payment credentials, mobile card acceptance, and payment tokenization.
After a coffee break, the same expert gave a lecture on "How and where encryption helps to protect your sensitive data", through the use cases of the Cipher Trust Platform. At the end of the Bootcamp, Thales' experts answered the questions of the participants, who want to protect their businesses with the help of Thales Solutions.
