We partnered up with one of the biggest hospitality events in the region – Hotel Operations Weekend!
An amazing and productive couple of days at Falkensteinter Resort Punta Skala in Petrčane brought together many hospitality professionals. With over 60 speakers, more than 20 panel discussion, and over 400 visitors from more than 15 countries, the HOW Festival stands out as one of the biggest and most important hospitality events in the entire region for fostering networking, sharing industry insights, and showcasing the latest trends in hotel operations. With numerous formal and informal gatherings, there were many opportunities to connect and exchange ideas and experiences with a diverse group of hospitality professionals, gaining valuable insights into different perspectives.
Those are the reasons why we decided to participate and present our solutions to potential users in the industry Alfatec Elarion Hospitality, designed for managing online reputation, accommodation pricing, and guest communication across various channels; Alfatec Elarion Data Warehouse, which consolidates data warehouse and business intelligence system, specially designed to meet the specific analytical-reporting requirements of the hotel industry; and Alfatec Elarion Controlling Engine a unique analytical solution intended for business users, which enables them to define methods of calculating business indicators (KPIs) in a dynamic data warehouse.
Our Senior Sales Hospitality Consultant, Ivana Perković, and Boris Škorić, the director of the Business Intelligence division at Alfatec Group, introduced the mentioned hospitality solutions, and we are happy they gained a significant amount of interest as our attendance generated new contacts and leads for building new partnerships.
All in all, it was a great opportunity to meet and network with fellow industry professionals and stay updated on industry developments.
