The introductory speech was given by Azur Šaćiragić from ALFATEC, followed by Gabor Hirsch from Thales, who provided an overview of the regional implementation status of NIS2 and DORA.

Hirsch outlined key challenges and highlighted how various industries are approaching compliance, presenting real-world examples and solutions based on Thales’s CipherTrust Manager. In his talk on "Building Cyber Security and Resilience," he also covered the technical aspects of these solutions, offering specific recommendations for implementing NIS2 and DORA standards, which encompass technical and organizational measures for data protection and infrastructure adaptation. The emphasis was on applying best security practices and resilience strategies against cyber threats.

They highlighted enhancements through Thales’s solutions, as well as the ability for integrated data management and adaptability to new security threats.
