Our initiative to support the well-being of employees and their families has added yet another benefit to the list, joining numerous companies across Croatia.
Alfatec Group has joined the growing initiative "Employers Supporting First-Graders," allowing employees to take a day off for their child’s first day of school.
Launched in September 2023, the initiative supports parents during this important milestone by giving them time to attend their child’s first school day without work concerns. Recognizing the value of this, Alfatec is now part of the growing number of employers promoting work-life balance and family support. We are delighted knowing that working parents will be able to experience this special moment.
The initiative continues to expand, encouraging more companies to participate, so we hope other companies will follow the example and join the initiative with us!
